Important Notice

Digital services only. No physical returns. VirtualStation is a subscription-based software platform. We do not ship physical products and do not accept returns.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page or by contacting support@virtualstation.io.

Cancellation halts future renewals. Your access will typically remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable and non-creditable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes partial billing periods, downgrades, unused features, or remaining time. The same applies to add-ons and one-time charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Free Trials

If a free trial is available and you cancel before it ends, no charges will apply. Once billing begins, charges are non-refundable.

Billing Errors

If you suspect an incorrect charge (e.g., duplicate or wrong amount), contact support@virtualstation.io within 7 days. If verified, we'll issue a refund or credit as appropriate.

Mandate & Auto-Debit

Revoking a payment mandate (card, UPI, bank) is treated as a cancellation. You're still responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation is processed.

How to Cancel

Cancel via the in-app Billing page or email support@virtualstation.io from your registered account email. Identity verification may be required.

Cancellation Methods

  • In-App: Navigate to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Email: Send cancellation request to support@virtualstation.io
