If storage fills up, only new uploads and recordings pause. Files and Video Messages you have shared stay online.
If AI credits run out, AI features pause until next month or until you buy more. The meeting carries on.
Admins get 7 days' notice before older screenshots are removed, with a way to upgrade or download them. They never use your Drive storage either.

Talk to usYes. Free costs $0 for up to 5 people, for as long as you like. It includes the virtual office, meetings up to 45 minutes, chat, tasks, docs, whiteboard, AI meeting notes with starter credits, and the desktop and mobile apps.
Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro. When the trial ends you can upgrade to Pro to keep every feature. If you don't, your workspace moves to Free and keeps everything it built. You just can't add more beyond the Free limits.
Pro costs $15 for each person in your workspace each month, or $12 a month when you pay yearly. A team of 10 pays $150 a month, or $1440 a year. There is no cap on the number of people.
No. Guests you invite into a meeting don't count toward your people, and on Pro they can join without creating an account.
Yes. Add people anytime on Pro or Enterprise. Each extra person is $15 a month, and you only pay for the rest of the current billing period.

Yearly billing takes 20% off Pro: $12 per person a month instead of $15, billed as $144 per person a year.
AI credits are one monthly balance for every AI feature, such as meeting notes, live captions, the AI Assistant and Company Context. The whole team shares the balance and it refills every month. Pro and Enterprise get credits for each person, pooled for the team; Free gets a small starter balance.
AI features pause until your credits refill next month or you buy a credit pack. Your meetings never stop, and AI notes that are already running finish.
Free has 5 GB for the whole workspace. Pro gives 5 GB per person, shared by the team, so 20 people share 100 GB. Drive files and Video Messages use the same storage. On Pro or Enterprise you can add more anytime: $9 a month per 100 GB.
On Pro, screenshots are shown for 90 days and kept for 1 year so you can unlock them by moving to Enterprise, which shows 1 year or more. Admins can choose to delete screenshots after 90 days instead. Before any screenshots are removed, admins get 7 days' notice to upgrade or download them.
No. The Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android apps are included on every plan, including Free.
Enterprise is priced for your company. It adds more than one workspace, unlimited rooms, master maps, advanced roles, longer activity logs, a dedicated manager and onboarding. Talk to our sales team for a quote.
Yes. You can cancel or move to Free whenever you like, and your workspace keeps everything it built.
