VirtualStation is a virtual office for remote teams. People see who is around, talk in a click, run meetings with AI summaries, and keep tasks and time in the same place. Teams discover us, try the free plan, and decide whether we become their office.
We are looking for someone who can sit on both sides of that journey: bring the right teams in, and help them see why VirtualStation is worth paying for. You will work closely with leadership and the product team, and you will have a real say in how we grow.
What you will do
- Run demos and discovery calls with founders, team leads and operations managers, and guide trials from signup to a paid plan.
- Plan and run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, communities and partner channels, and report on what worked.
- Write clear, honest marketing copy: landing pages, comparison pages, emails, case studies and product launch notes.
- Work with our blog and SEO efforts so the right teams find us when they search for virtual office, remote team and meeting tools.
- Keep our CRM clean and our pipeline visible, so everyone knows what is moving and what is stuck.
- Bring customer conversations back to the product team: what teams ask for, where they get stuck, and why they choose us.
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years in B2B sales, SaaS marketing, or a mix of both.
- Comfort running a product demo and handling questions about pricing, security and rollout.
- Strong written and spoken English. You can write an email a busy founder actually reads.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM and one email or marketing automation tool.
- A habit of looking at numbers: conversion, pipeline, cost per lead, and what to try next.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to international customers, especially in the US, UK or Europe.
- Familiarity with remote work tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or Gather.
- Experience with content marketing, SEO, or paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
Your first 90 days
- Learn the product inside out and sit in on customer calls.
- Take over demos and trial follow-ups, and set up a simple weekly pipeline report.
- Launch your first campaign and share what you learned with the team.
